The ISO 9001 Standard is a management model that allows us to consistently ensure the improvement of our performance and effectiveness from the planning, control and improvement of our processes and based on compliance with the requirements of our products and services, the customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The ISO 9001 Standard is made up of 7 principles.

The 7 principles of quality management

ISO 9001:2015 specifies 7 principles for quality management. These are:
